CHEF WANTED FOR MAY’S SUSHI & WOK IN VIBORG

We are looking for an experienced chef specializing in Asian and Vietnamese cuisine to join our restaurant in Viborg.

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated chef with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen. You must have experience with Asian and Vietnamese cooking.

A special part of the position will involve preparing and developing traditional Vietnamese dishes from Northwestern Vietnam.

Your qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef

• Skills and experience in Asian and Vietnamese cuisine

• Practical experience preparing traditional Vietnamese dishes

• Experience working in a busy kitchen and ability to work well under pressure

• Positive attitude and ability to stay organized in a busy environment

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Reliable, responsible and committed

• Able to communicate in Danish or Vietnamese

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking Vietnamese and Asian dishes

• Preparing ingredients, sauces, marinades and spice mixtures

• Preparing and developing traditional dishes from Northwestern Vietnam

• Preparing and handling orders for takeaway and restaurant service

• Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen

• Contributing to the development of new dishes and the restaurant menu

• Working closely with the rest of the kitchen team

• Permanent full-time position of 37 hours per week
