CHEF WANTED FOR TURKISH CUISINE

We are looking for an experienced chef for our Turkish-inspired kitchen.

Our menu consists of Tantuni, fire-roasted chicken dishes, and healthy side dishes. We are looking for a team member who has experience in Turkish cuisine, can work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and is passionate about high-quality food.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Tantuni dishes

• Preparation of fire-roasted chicken dishes

• Preparation of salads and side dishes

• Managing purchasing and supplies

• Supervising kitchen assistants

• Ensuring hygiene, self-control, and kitchen cleanliness

• Light cleaning duties in the dining area

Qualifications

• Experience in Turkish cuisine

• Knowledge and experience in preparing Tantuni

• Experience with fire-roasted chicken cooking

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Responsible, organized, and hygiene-conscious
