Cleaning Supervisor

Cleaning Supervisor – Full-Time Position in Copenhagen

We are looking for a responsible, well-organised and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Copenhagen.

This is a hands-on position combining team supervision, customer communication, quality control and daily cleaning operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes responsibility and can effectively organise both their own work and the work of others.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing and managing staff schedules and organising shift coverage

• Maintaining regular contact with employees and coordinating their daily work

• Communicating with clients and responding to their requests and needs

• Training, onboarding and supporting new employees

• Organising training and providing ongoing guidance to the cleaning team

• Performing regular quality checks and ensuring that our cleaning standards are maintained

• Ordering cleaning products, equipment and other necessary supplies

• Cleaning at client locations when required

• Handling day-to-day operational issues and finding practical solutions

• Supporting and motivating employees in their daily work

• Ensuring good communication between employees, management and clients

• Supporting the company in acquiring and onboarding new clients

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks English confidently

• Is willing and motivated to learn Danish

• Has strong organisational and communication skills

• Is comfortable communicating with both employees and clients

• Is responsible, reliable and able to work independently

• Can make decisions and solve problems in a busy working environment

• Is flexible regarding working hours and willing to work in shifts

• Is available to work every second weekend

• Is willing to take part in cleaning duties when necessary

• Living in Denmark is an advantage, but not a requirement. However, you must be willing and able to relocate to Copenhagen for the position

• Has, or is able to obtain, the legal right to work in Denmark

• Previous experience in cleaning, supervision, team coordination or a similar position is an advantage

What we offer

We offer a responsible and varied position in a stable and established cleaning company in Copenhagen, where you will play an important role in our daily operations and future development.

Salary: DKK 37,500 gross per month
Working hours: 38 hours per week
Schedule: Shift work, including every second weekend
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Employment: Full-time

The work will primarily take place at different client locations across Copenhagen, so flexibility and the ability to organise your working day are important.
