Would you like to join our Denps Copenhagen Store as a Part-Time Store Assistant ?

The Store Assistant is responsible for supporting both the premium customer experience and our in-store fulfillment, ensuring seamless operations from the showroom to the Back-of-House (BOH) to deliver exceptional brand value.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming our customers warmly and politely offering basic assistance.

• Actively assisting the main staff on the showroom floor during busy peak hours.

• Keeping the shop tidy, attractive, and strictly maintaining premium store presentation.

• Participation in daily cash register operations and supporting inventory management.

• Operating efficiently in the Back-of-House (BOH) area to manage online order pick uping and packing.

• Handling online CS inquiries accurately to ensure consistent brand quality.

• Executing the store’s standardized cleaning and operational checklists.

• Assisting with the physical setup and operational support for in-store events, B2B promotions, and collaborative pop-ups. 

Working Hours Notice: Your base contract will be approx. 10-15 hours/week, but hours will be temporarily extended to 20-30 hours/week during the first 1-3 months to support the initial store setup.

Employment Notice: Please note that this position is legally employed by KOPAN ApS, the official operating partner managing the Denps Flagship Store.

If you:

• Are highly adaptable to changing work hours and operational shifts.

• Can seamlessly shift between front-of-house customer support and focused BOH logistics.

• Have a hands-on, detail-oriented approach with a strong preference for operational tasks (organizing, cleaning, accurate packing).

• Have a customer-oriented mindset with an interest in premium wellness brands.

• Possess strong organizational and communication skills.

• Are fluent in English and Danish language.
