About the role

Epicurus is looking for bartenders to join our team in the heart of Copenhagen.

We’re looking for people who care about their craft, understand great hospitality and want to be part of developing a bar with ambitions beyond simply serving drinks.

At Epicurus, the bar is an integral part of the experience. Cocktails, wine, gastronomy, live jazz and late nights all meet under the same roof – and we want our bar team to bring both personality and professionalism to that experience.

Who are you?

You might already be an experienced bartender, or you might be earlier in your career and ready to take the next step. What matters is that you’re curious, reliable and genuinely interested in becoming better at your craft.

We’re looking for people who

• Have experience from cocktail bars, restaurants or hospitality

• Have a genuine interest in cocktails, spirits and flavour

• Understand that great bartending starts with great hospitality

• Work clean, structured and efficiently

• Stay calm and sharp when the bar gets busy

• Bring energy and personality without making the experience about themselves

• Enjoy being part of a team and take responsibility for the people around them

• Speak English confidently

• Are available for evening and weekend shifts

What you’ll be part of

Epicurus combines restaurant, wine, cocktails, live jazz and culture in one house. You’ll work alongside experienced bartenders, sommeliers, chefs and hospitality professionals, with plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.

We want people who are interested in the details – from technique, balance and presentation to understanding the guest standing in front of you. Because a great cocktail matters. But the way you make someone feel matters even more.
