About the position

Pizzeria MaMeMi is looking for an experienced waiter to join the team in Copenhagen.

We are looking for a skilled waiter for a full-time position, with good knowledge of wine – particularly Italian and French wines.

At MaMeMi, pizza is at the heart of the experience. The restaurant is known for Roman-style pizza with a thin, crispy crust, seasonal toppings and a strong focus on Italian food and wine culture.

As a waiter, you will become an important part of the front-of-house team and help deliver the quality, hospitality and experience that guests return for.

Your responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional table service and create a warm guest experience

• Guide guests through the menu and recommend wines, particularly Italian and French

• Ensure smooth service in close collaboration with the kitchen and the rest of the team

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, order and presentation in the dining area

• Contribute to a positive, professional and respectful workplace culture

We are looking for someone who

• Has solid previous experience in restaurant service (this is a requirement for this position)

• Has good knowledge of wine, particularly Italian and French wines

• Has a strong interest in Italian food culture and hospitality

• Works with precision and structure, and stays calm and focused during busy service

• Enjoys working as part of a team

• Is reliable, flexible and brings a positive attitude to work

• Speaks English; Italian or Danish is a plus
