About Sense Organics

Sense Organics is a growing company operating within the production and distribution of products in the wellness and consumer goods sector.

We are building a strong and reliable production team and are looking for people who take pride in their work, are willing to take responsibility and want to contribute to a growing company.

At Sense Organics, we value diversity and believe that different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives make our workplace stronger. We are committed to creating an inclusive working environment where people are treated with respect and have the opportunity to contribute and develop.

The Role

As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in the daily production of our products at our facility in Copenhagen.

This is a hands-on position where you will be directly involved in the manufacturing process, from preparing equipment and materials through production, quality checks and final preparation.

You will work with production machinery and equipment and help ensure that production runs smoothly, safely and consistently. The role requires attention to detail, a practical mindset and the ability to recognise and respond when something is not working as it should.

You will receive comprehensive training in our production processes, internal systems, machinery and equipment. The training will give you a thorough understanding of how we work and how our production setup operates, allowing you to gradually take on more responsibility and work independently in the role.

You will work according to established production procedures and quality standards while also contributing your practical experience and ideas for improving the way we work.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Prepare production areas, equipment and materials before production begins.

  • Set up and operate production machinery and equipment.

  • Monitor equipment throughout the production process.

  • Adjust machinery and production settings when necessary.

  • Ensure production runs consistently and according to established procedures.

  • Check products during production to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Identify irregularities, errors or technical issues during production.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues where possible.

  • Record relevant production information and completed production activities.

  • Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas.

  • Support routine maintenance of machinery.

  • Keep production areas organised, clean and safe.

  • Work with colleagues to meet production requirements and deadlines.

  • Contribute practical ideas that can improve production efficiency, quality and workflow.

Responsibility in the Role

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their work.

You will be expected to understand the equipment you work with, notice when something is not operating correctly and take appropriate action.

You should be comfortable asking questions when necessary while also being able to work independently once you understand a task. As you become familiar with our production processes and equipment, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibility and contribute to improving our production setup.

Experience and Qualifications

We place strong emphasis on practical experience, reliability and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has previous experience working in production, manufacturing or with machinery.

  • Is comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

  • Has experience operating or working with production equipment.

  • Has a practical understanding of production processes.

  • Is comfortable setting up, adjusting and monitoring equipment.

  • Can identify and address problems that occur during production.

  • Understands the importance of consistency, quality and attention to detail.

  • Is organised, reliable and takes responsibility for assigned work.

  • Can follow procedures and instructions accurately.

  • Can work independently while contributing positively to a team.

  • Is willing to learn new equipment, processes and production methods.

A formal technical education or engineering background is an advantage, but relevant practical experience is highly valued.

The Person We Are Looking For

You are practical, dependable and take pride in doing things properly.

You enjoy working with machinery and hands-on production tasks and are comfortable in an environment where attention to detail matters.

You are someone who:

  • Takes initiative when something needs attention.

  • Works carefully and consistently.

  • Can stay focused during repetitive production tasks.

  • Is comfortable taking responsibility for your work.

  • Communicates clearly with colleagues.

  • Is willing to learn and develop.

  • Takes quality and safety seriously.

  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience is important, but attitude, reliability and practical ability are equally important to us.

What We Offer

  • Permanent, full-time employment.

  • 37 working hours per week.

  • A hands-on role within a growing company.

  • A varied and practical working environment.

  • The opportunity to develop your skills and take on additional responsibility.

  • Close cooperation with colleagues and management.

  • The opportunity to contribute to improving our production processes.

  • A workplace where reliability, initiative and practical experience are valued.

  • An inclusive working environment with colleagues from different backgrounds and experiences.

  • Comprehensive onboarding and training in our production processes, internal systems, machinery and equipment, with the opportunity to develop your skills and take on increasing responsibility.
