Swedish speaking employee needed for Swedish debt collection service – PART TIME

Do you speak fluent Swedish and are you good at talking to different people through the phone?
Perhaps you are studying or already have a job, but are looking for some extra hours for an additional income?

We are looking for someone who can primarily help us during our busiest periods of every month and on somewhat regular basis outside of that. The hours will vary from month to month and differ throughout the month as well, depending on our shifting workload and customer volume.

Our daily tasks primarily consists of calling existing customers of the banks we work with and make payment agreements on their late or missing payments.
We need someone with a well-developed ability to work with a variety of people over the phone and someone who can ensure the customer always gets a good experience. Whether it’s regarding a customer who just missed a payment by accident or if it’s a customer who’s in a vulnerable situation right now, we need to be ready to meet every customer at their level and offer good solutions.
