Role Purpose

To represent the highest quality standard of the company. To train, supervise, and lead teams while ensuring

quality and client satisfaction.

This is not a standard cleaning role.

This position represents the highest quality level within Social Facility Group.

*We hire based on attitude, reliability, and performance — not seniority.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken & written) – mandatory

• Driver’s License

Training

• Client-specific standards and expectations

• Preventive and detail-focused cleaning

• Handling sensitive and confidential areas

• Self-inspection and quality control

• Mentoring and supporting other cleaners

• Advanced security responsibility (keys, alarms)

• Training and onboarding techniques

• Leadership and communication skills

• Quality inspections and audits

• Health & safety and contract understanding – (training & access to information regarding specific

chemical, products or accidents)

You will

• Train and mentor other cleaners

• Take full ownership of assigned sites

• Handle keys, alarms, and confidential areas

• Prevent issues before they happen

• Be trusted to act independently on behalf of the company

• Train employees in multiple sites & team

• Report status of cleaning inspections and progress of training to Supervisor

• Leads start up of new clients onsite with new team. Including taking responsibility for products &

equipment required to handle new client requests

Qualifications

Recognised for high quality work while also taking responsibility for new employees and maintaining standards.

Able to train new & existing cleaners to a higher position, perform inspections and provide constructive feedback

to employees.
