Role Overview
We’re hiring skilled, service-minded Baristas to serve high-quality coffee roasted in-house at our own roastery—paired with freshly baked pastries from our bakery. You’ll work in a fast-paced specialty setting with a team dedicated to precision, efficiency and an exceptional guest experience.

What you’ll do

• Dial in espresso and maintain consistent beverage quality throughout service

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, batch brew and filter to exact recipes

• Keep the bar clean, stocked and service-ready at all times

• Communicate clearly and collaborate smoothly with the team

• Engage guests with warm, professional service

What you’ll bring

• Experience in specialty coffee or a strong passion to learn quickly

• Solid understanding of extraction and milk texturing (or eagerness to master it)

• Service-minded, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Ability to thrive in a busy café environment and stay calm under pressure

• Reliability, punctuality and pride in your craft
